Flower bed refresh: a fresh start in Grand Prairie.

· By Bluebonnet Lawn Co.

From overgrown beds to fresh mulch and new planting—a look at two areas around this Grand Prairie home.

Sometimes a yard needs more than a routine mow. For this Grand Prairie project, we focused on the planting beds beside the front walkway and porch, clearing overgrowth and refreshing the space with plants and dark mulch.

A cleaner edge along the walkway

Before the refresh, weeds and dry vegetation filled the bed beside the curved walkway. After cleanup, fresh mulch and a mix of shrubs and small plants gave the bed a more defined look.

The narrow porch-side bed also had overgrown vegetation. Clearing the bed, adding planting and spreading dark mulch helped bring this area together.
